Moving house is hard enough without the portal getting in the way.
I spent a summer refreshing three property sites at 11pm, cross-checking the same house on all of them, and still not knowing what it last sold for or whether the photos were two years old.
Gaffbee started as a fix for that. One map you can trust. Sold prices on the page, not behind a sign-up. Listings that tell you when they were updated. Alerts that arrive when something genuinely matches, not every time an agent nudges a price by £5,000.
We're not here to replace estate agents — we work with them, and we price fairly so good local agents aren't punished for being small. We want the searching and deciding part to be simpler.
