You may use gaffbee.com to search UK homes, save shortlists, contact agents and access our tools. You agree not to misuse the service, scrape at scale, upload unlawful content, or attempt to breach security.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Let us know at Info@gaffbee.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Listings and agents
Listings are supplied by estate and letting agents. We work hard to verify accuracy but we're not the seller or landlord — always confirm details directly before making a decision.
5. Valuations and tools
Instant valuations, mortgage calculators and running-cost tools are estimates for guidance only, not financial advice or a mortgage offer.
6. Intellectual property
Content on Gaffbee (excluding user submissions and agent listings) belongs to Gaffbee. You may not reproduce it commercially without permission.
7. Liability
We provide Gaffbee "as is" and don't accept liability for indirect losses arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by UK law. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after we post an update means you accept the new version.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
