Accessibility

We're building Gaffbee to be usable by as many people as possible — regardless of ability or device.

Last updated: 23 July 2026

Our target

Gaffbee aims to conform with WCAG 2.2 AA. We're an early-stage product and there are gaps we know about — we're chipping away at them every week.

What we've done so far

  • Keyboard-navigable menus, forms and property cards.
  • Semantic headings and landmark regions on every page.
  • Skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
  • Colour palette tested for contrast against WCAG AA thresholds.
  • Focus rings preserved on interactive elements.
  • Alt text on property imagery, with a visible fallback where none is supplied by the agent.

Known gaps

  • Some third-party maps and video embeds may not fully match our own accessibility level.
  • Complex filters on search are still being refined for screen-reader flow.
