- Search activity — saved searches, shortlisted homes, filters used.
- Enquiries — messages you send to agents, viewing bookings and valuation requests.
- Technical data — IP address, device, browser and cookies (see below).
Why we use it
- To provide search, alerts, saved properties and the agent portal (contract).
- To secure the service and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
- To send transactional emails you asked for (contract).
- To send marketing emails or personalise suggestions (consent — opt out any time).
Who we share it with
- Estate agents you enquire with — only the details needed to reply.
- Our processors: hosting, database, email delivery, analytics.
- Authorities where required by UK law.
We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it
Account data while your account is active plus 12 months. Enquiry data for 24 months. Analytics data is aggregated after 26 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to our processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. Email Info@gaffbee.com to exercise any of these. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes
We'll update the "last updated" date above and notify you of material changes by email.
