Do I have to buy upgrades to appear on Gaffbee?+
No. Every listing gets the same clean baseline. Upgrades only add promotion — they never gate visibility.
How is the uplift measured?+
We compare views, saves and enquiries against a matched cohort of similar listings in the same area over the same week. You see the actual uplift in your report, not a marketing claim.
Can vendors see the upgrade in their weekly report?+
Yes — Spotlight includes a branded PDF sent to the vendor each week showing exactly what the upgrade delivered.
Do upgrades auto-renew?+
No. Each upgrade runs for its stated period (7 or 14 days) and stops automatically. You choose whether to renew.
Can I refund an unused upgrade?+
Yes — if a listing is withdrawn or completes before the upgrade ends, we refund the unused days as credit.
