Check a location, narrow filters and an interrupted search.

  1. If the search is still loading, wait for it to finish. An unfinished request is not confirmation that there are no properties.
  2. Check the selected postcode, buy or rent choice, radius and filters. Widen one filter at a time if you want a broader search.
  3. If results appear only after reloading, try the same search once more and record the postcode and filters for a fault report.
  4. For a repeated fault, use Contact support and include the time, device and what you expected. Do not include passwords or private documents.
