How do I ask an agent for a valuation?

Request a local agent’s opinion for a tracked property.

  1. Open the home in My Home and choose Agent valuations.
  2. Review the available branches and select the ones you wish to contact. Check your details before sending.
  3. The agent can discuss the property with you directly. If no branches are available, use Find an agent to look for local branches.
