A selfie or identity check is missing

Do not assume a document upload also checks your face.

  1. Check which steps the verification flow explicitly requests and which have completed.
  2. An uploaded ID image does not by itself confirm a live selfie or a face match.
  3. If a required selfie step is absent, blocked or appears to belong to another person, stop and report the problem.
  4. Use only the approved private capture flow when the required check is available.

Selfie and liveness verification is not currently confirmed as available in Gaffbee. Support must confirm the enabled process; the assistant cannot perform the check.
