  1. Use the same sign-in method and account you used when joining Gaffbee.
  2. For email and password, use the password reset option if you cannot sign in.
  3. For Apple or Google, select the intended provider account. Apple’s private relay address can differ from your usual email.
  4. If your saved homes seem missing, check your signed-in account before creating a new one. Ask support about duplicate accounts if needed.

Never send your password, reset link or one-time security code to support.
