What does a verification status mean?

Uploading a document is different from passing a check.

  1. Open your account’s verification page to see the individual check and current status.
  2. Pending means the check is not complete. An automated document reading is supporting information, not independent verification.
  3. If a submission is rejected, read the stated reason and correct the requested evidence.
  4. If the service or check is unavailable, do not treat a completed upload as approval. Contact support for the available next step.

Identity, document reading, selfie or liveness checks, proof of funds and tenant references are different checks.
