Choose the account that matches your business
Use branch membership for each separately marketed local operation. Discuss a group order when branches share a payer. A central online or hybrid operation may qualify for coverage; developers use the development account scope stated in their order. User seats, branches, territories and developments are different units.
Before your account goes live
- Confirm both contracting entities, the authorised payer, branches, trading names, channels and relevant developments or coverage limits.
- Record the chosen plan, net price, VAT, start date, free-period end if applicable, first paid charge and cancellation terms.
- Agree the feed provider, supported format, fields, update direction and any vendor licence or custom integration requirement.
- Check a sample listing, images, price, status and branch attribution, then test the enquiry destination with authorised test data.
- Give each colleague the access they need and confirm who owns billing, lead follow-up and listing corrections.
Run listings and enquiries
Keep each instruction's property ID, responsible branch and status accurate. Buyer and renter enquiries about a named property stay with the instructed listing agent. Optional valuation or prospecting requests follow their disclosed consent and purchasing rules. A contact check or score does not guarantee legal ownership, funding or an instruction.
Book promotion
Agree the product, property or area, price or credit, start and end dates, placement and any rotation. Exclusive sponsorship and newsletter positions need a confirmed booking. Keep the accepted booking confirmation. Do not assume that an unredeemed credit reserves an exclusive position.
Use Listing packages to review recorded package history. For a new order, renewal, change or cancellation, contact agent support. The team confirms eligibility, availability and payment arrangements before activation; submitting a request does not make a charge.
Understand your bill
The order and invoice distinguish subscriptions, authorised optional products, net charges, VAT and the total. A free subscription period does not make paid extras free. Ask for the effective date and any agreed pro-rata adjustment before changing a plan or adding a branch.
