Plain-English terms summary

This summary explains the standard membership offer. The accepted order, applicable service terms and any agreed variation form your agreement. They must be supplied before you commit to a paid service. Existing customers keep their agreed prices, issued benefits and bookings unless they accept a change.

1. Your account and order

The order identifies Gaffbee's contracting legal entity and registration details, your legal entity, the authorised payer, account type, responsible branches or developments, channels and any coverage limits. A common payer or an unlimited-user plan does not automatically cover separately marketed branches or independent franchisees.

2. Services and inclusions

Your plan includes the features and quantities shown on the Pricing page and confirmed in the order. Allowance totals replace the corresponding lower-tier totals. Confirm the supported CRM, import and enquiry functions, specialist providers and custom services during onboarding. Buyer and renter enquiries are always included. Optional vendor and landlord prospecting leads are priced separately.

3. Fees and founding membership

Prices are quoted excluding VAT using the stated unit: per branch, account, development, campaign or delivered opportunity. The invoice states the applicable tax and total. Group discounts apply to each branch's band. Coverage and developer accounts have their own eligibility and whole-account allowances.

Eligible founding branches receive 6 free subscription months from their agreed activation date, then the founding rate recorded in the order, protected while that subscription remains active. Optional purchases are separate. The order records the free-period end, first paid date and amount, billing authority, one-off credits and any upgrade-discount period. Programme closure to new applicants does not remove an existing agreed benefit.

4. Advertising, orders and payment

Each optional order identifies the product, property or area, quantity, price or credit, start and end dates and placement. Exclusive sponsorship and newsletter positions require confirmed availability. A quote, saved card, support request or package-history entry does not authorise unlimited spend or confirm payment. New promotions, renewals and changes require confirmed fulfilment before activation.

Purchased pack credits and included allowances are recorded separately. Use the Product guidelines and accepted booking for validity, rotation, adjustment and withdrawal rules. Existing bookings retain their recorded duration and benefits.

5. Cancellation and changes

You can cancel during a free subscription period before the first paid period begins. Paid rolling membership requires 30 days' written notice to info@gaffbee.com, subject to the accepted order. There is no exit fee. The team confirms the final service date, any agreed partial-period adjustment and authorised outstanding purchases. Ask for an export before service ends.

Plan, branch or campaign changes need an agreed effective date and charge. Material changes to terms or pricing receive at least 60 days' notice. Founding-price protection and more generous existing agreements continue to apply; a new website edition does not retrospectively replace them.

6. Listings and enquiries

Advertise genuine instructions you have authority to market. Keep information, media, price, status and branch attribution accurate and current, and meet the advertising and material-information requirements that apply to the property and jurisdiction. Generated or staged imagery must be labelled accurately.

Property-specific enquiries go to the instructed listing agent. Optional vendor and landlord prospecting follows the stated sharing, consent and credit rules. A contact check or lead score does not establish ownership, funding or a guaranteed instruction. A slow response does not authorise diversion of a named property enquiry to a competitor.

7. Data and connected services

Each party's data responsibilities depend on the service and are set out in the applicable agreement and data schedule. Listing feeds, direct enquiries, paid prospecting, references and external providers may involve different roles and destinations. Read the Privacy Policy and request the relevant data-processing terms before sending personal information through a new service.

Use only authorised account access and integrations. Request an export or data-rights assistance from support; the scope and delivery must respect other people's rights and the account's permissions. Hosting, retention and provider details should be confirmed in the applicable data schedule.

8. Support and service expectations

Response targets: Essential, one working day; Pro and Premium, four working hours. Premium also includes a named account manager. Working hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, UK time, excluding UK public holidays.

Advertising provides the agreed placement or rotation, with the reporting available for that product. It does not guarantee an audience size, instruction, letting, sale or particular increase in enquiries. The full service terms set out responsibilities, remedies and liability; this summary does not replace them.
