Find the allowance in the accepted membership order or purchase record.
Check whether it is a monthly allowance, purchased credit or one-off benefit.
Confirm the available balance, eligible product, expiry and any branch or account restriction before ordering.
Check the deduction or adjustment against the confirmed booking. Report discrepancies with the order reference.
