Newsletter slots and inclusion
Understand the difference between an allowance, booking and sent edition.
Updated 6 November 2026 · 3 min read
Newsletter inclusion is a separate placement. Check the accepted product terms and edition availability; a Premium listing or general advertising allowance does not automatically guarantee a newsletter slot.
- Provide the listing or advert reference, intended edition or date and approved creative.
- Ask for the confirmed edition, slot, audience scope, deadline and any charge before treating it as booked.
- Review the recorded newsletter date in Listing packages where one exists.
- After the edition, request the delivery report or edition reference if you need proof it ran.
